This error typically means that the user cannot access a file or path because of Windows permission issues.

1. Allow full control for Users and Authenticated Users on C:\ drive
3. Reinstall the Program

- Hold down the windows key on your keyboard and tap the letter E
- Right click on the C:\ Drive, left click on Properties and click on the Security tab
- There select Users and click on Edit
- Check full control and apply the change
- Repeat for authenticated users (if you have that option)
