If you are receiving a 'file processing ID error' when importing results to Swim Manager, follow the steps below:

If you received the meet results from a meet host:
  1. Open Team Manager
  2. Click File
  3. Click Import
  4. Click Meet Results
  5. Import the meet results
  6. Click File
  7. Click Export
  8. Click Meet Results
  9. Un-check Export Splits

  2. Open Swim Manager
  3. Select the action tab next to the meet
  4. Click Upload Results
  5. Select the new results file
  6. Click OK

If you were the meet host and have the results in Meet Manager:
  1. Open Meet Manager
  2. Click File
  3. Click Export
  4. Click Results for Swim Manager
  5. Un-check Include Splits
