If you tried importing meet results from Meet Manager into Team Manager (File > Import > Meet Results) but not all or no results were imported, the most likely cause is differing team abbreviations between the two software.

Note: All steps below are performed within Team Manager

1. Go to Reports > Export/Import Files Report
2. Select meet results file, click Open
a. See team abbreviation on report
b. Return to main screen of TM
3. Go to Teams and double-click team
4. Edit Team Abbr: to match abbreviation seen in Export/Import Files Report
Note: If abbreviation already matches, contact Tech Support for further possibilities
5. Import results (File > Import > Meet Results)
6. (Optional) After confirming import was successful, revert TM abbreviation
a. Go to Teams and double-click team
b. Edit Team Abbr: back to desired abbreviation
