When importing files into Team Manager and you receive "Runtime Error 7 Out of Memory":
- In Team Manager
- Select File
- Select Repair / Compact Database
- Follow prompts to finish process
- Note: You will be prompted to create a back-up, if you have not created a back-up recently, do this first
- Import file that generated error
If problem persists:
- Close Team Manager
- Open Team Manager
- Import file that generated error
If problem persists:
- Repair the Team Manager installation
- Via CD: Insert CD
- Note: If it does not automatically, run setup.exe file from CD-drive
- Via web delivery: run setup.exe file in web delivery email
- When prompted to select Repair, Modify, or Remove; Select Repair
- Follow prompts to finish repair installation
If problem persists:
- Do a clean install of Team Manager
- Note: See Clean Install for Hy-Tek Software
If problem persists:
- Ensure Team Manager installed under User Profile, not Admin Profile
