The error can occur when a new file name is identical to a file name that already exists. More often customers experience this error when one or more software files have been damaged
- Note: It is highly recommended that you backup your license-file before uninstalling any HyTek products. For more information, please read Backing Up License File for Hy-Tek Products
- Uninstall software
- Open Windows Explorer (Windows Start > My Computer)
- On left side of screen, double-click OS Disk (C:) > Hy-Sport
- Right-click on folder software is installed in (default folders listed below) and select Delete
- SWMM 8.0 - C:\Hy-Sport\SWMM8
- SWTM 8.0 - C:\Hy-Sport\TM8
- TFMM 6.0 - C:\Hy-Sport\TFMM6
- TFTM 4.2 - C:\Hy-Sport\TFTM 4-2
- SBM 5.1 - C:\Hy-Sport\SportsBM
- Reboot or restart computer
- Reinstall software
