If you experienced Error 75: Path/File Access Error when exporting file, refer to steps and things to check below:
- Check location you are exporting file/report to as windows is saying it is not available
- If location is on C drive, make sure an actual folder on C drive is selected
- Do not select a temp folder as they have special restrictions
- Try exporting to a usb drive to isolate
- User should be log in as administrator
- Try to register reg.bat file by:
- Going to C: Drive
- Click HySport Folder
- Select the SwMM8/SwMM7/TM8/TFMM6/TFTM4-2 folder
- Right click on reg.bat file and run as administrator
7. Delete CFILE01.cl2 and HFILE001.hy3 files by:
- Going to C: Drive
- Click HySport Folder
- Select the SwMM8/SwMM7/TM8/TFMM6/TFTM4-2 folder
- Search for CFILE01.cl2 and HFILE001.hy3
- Delete both
- try export again.
