1. Hold down Windows key on keyboard and tap letter E
  2. On left side of screen that comes up double click on C drive to display all folders underneath it
  3. Right click on Hy-Sport folder
  4. Left click on Properties
  5. Click on Security tab
  6. Select Authenticated Users and click on Edit
  7. Check Allow box for Full Control
  8. Click on Apply, then on OK
  9. Repeat steps 6-8 for Users
  10. Then open software
