When a subscript out of range error or a file/path/access error occurs opening software as it tries to open your database
- Go to computer (file explorer) by holding down windows key on your keyboard and tapping letter E
- Double click on C drive so you see all folders underneath it
- Right click on Hy-Sport folder
- Left click on Properties
- Click on Security tab
- Select Authenticated Users and click Edit
- Under Allow check Full control as well as all other available options then click Apply
- Select Users and click Edit - then repeat step 7 for Users
- Repeat steps 4 through 8 for folder with database file
- Then open software once again
