After installing upgrade to new version of software, follow steps below to open the database you had been using in old version.
  1. Go to File
  2. Select Open/New
  3. Select database file
  • Note: File will be located in old version's default database location (see chart below) unless another folder was manually selected
  1. Click Open

  • Note: Can't find your file? If old version is still installed, follow these steps:
  1. Open old version and look at topmost bar in left corner next to Database: for file name and location
  2. Make note of file path
  3. Close old version
  4. Open upgraded version
  5. Follow steps 1-3 again, using file path to find file
