When a Team Manager license expires, the program downgrades to the Lite version. After renewal by Order a Product Replacement, you can reactivate the Regular version following the steps below:
- Open Team Manager
- Click Check for Updates at the top of the Main Menu to ensure you have the latest version
- After updating, go to File > License Management
- Select your renewed license.
- Click Change Active License.
- Click Yes to confirm.
Your Team Manager will then return to the Regular version.
- Important: For Meet Manager, please follow the instructions in the separate article Add License to Meet Manager or Team Manager. In Meet Manager, restoring to the Regular version requires adding the renewed license back, not changing the active license.
- Note: The Change Active License function can also be used to switch between different valid licenses on the same computer - for example, when managing data for two separate teams.
