Hy‑Tek licenses are valid for 2 years. If your license has not yet expired, but you still receive a License Expiration Notice or find that the software has switched to the Demo Version, please note that this does not mean your license has actually expired.

To resolve this situation, try the following steps:
  1. Close Meet Manager (MM) and reopen it.
  2. If the notice still appears:
  • Close Meet Manager again.
  • Manually delete the file smeetsys.mem located in: C:\Hy-Sport\SwMM8
  • Reopen Meet Manager while connected to the internet.
 If your license has in fact expired, please Order a Product Replacement to renew the license.
