When you open software and it is dong a license search, asking if you installed by Web Delivery or CD
  1. Something happened that literally deleted your unique license file
    1. Put the CD in the drive so software can read license from the CD and copy it to hard drive, or
    2. Select Web Delivery and enter license code (web delivery must still be valid)
