As of July 2016, there is a new process for the league player merge requests. These merge requests must go through an online survey form. Member merge requests that were once emailed to Linkteam will now need to be submit through the link below:
Note: Survey to be completed by USTA Section Staff ONLY for USTA Leagues Merge Requests. If you are a player, please contact your Section League Coordinator to submit your merge request. Their information can be found by going here. Member merge process can take anywhere from 1-5 business days.
