Below are instructions to set registration open and close dates after logging into Swim Manager and proceeding through confirmation email within the program setup process.
  1. Select how to set registration open and close dates for a program
    1. Automatic: Registration opens when the season is activated and closes when registration is full or when the season ends on Month, Day, Year (entered on program details)
    2. Custom: Registration will open and close on the dates entered (by default, the close date is the season end date). Specific open and close times on the registration open and close dates can also be set: 
  • Note: Selecting Custom will display a table - apply the following selections:
- Open date (click Apply to all to pass the date entered to all groups or sessions)
- Close date (click Apply to all to pass the date entered to all groups or sessions)
