When Importing Registrations from Swim Manager and you receive the message No athletes returned for selected date range:
- Check date range selected ensure athletes registered during timeframe selected
- Check that Team Manager license matches Swim Manager account name exactly
- Note: If Team Manager and Swim Manager names do not match exactly, e-mail swimtfsupport@activenetwork.com
- Check Acive.com settings in Team Manager match Swim Manager account details exactly
- Note: Active.com settings in Team Manager must match Swim Manager settings exactly in these fields: team name, address,and contact information
- From main screen in Team Manager select File
- Select Active.com settings
