Follow the steps below if you encounter error #-2147221164: Class Not Registered:
- Create a Backup copy of your license file

- Note: Your license file can be found at the location listed below:
- Perform a Clean Install: Clean Install for Hy-Tek Software
- Note: Please make sure to delete the bin folder before reinstalling.
If the issue persists, download and install the demo version of Swim Meet Manager. This may add any missing Windows registry files to resolve the problem.
