Swim Manager provides the following default email templates when sending communications:
- Active
- Registration Open
- Registration Closing
- Balance Owed
- Past Due
- Volunteer Jobs Open
- Note: The Active template includes the ACTIVE logo, program details, a registration button, descriptive text, a swimming image, and is formatted in a three-column layout.
- Note: All elements can be customized and you can click each section to edit or update its content.
- Note: Both the Active and Volunteer Jobs Open templates now include a new {Organization email} variable field. This dynamically inserts the email address configured under Account > Organization.
