If you use a Windows computer and or recently updated your operating system you may have trouble opening up Excel files from TennisLink on your computer. To resolve this please follow the troubleshooting steps below to fix the "Ignore DDE" option in Excel:
- On the Tools menu, click Options
- Click General tab
- Clear Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) check box
- Click OK
