To view unavailable text message recipients follow the steps below:
  1. Click Communications
  2. Click Create a text
  3. Click Add
  4. Click Meet or Program Participants
  5. Click Select Programs
  6. Select desired billing/training groups
  7. Select desired contact types
  • Note: You may also select specific meets or sessions as well.
