If you receive a message stating Team Manager has stopped working when creating reports, follow the steps below:

Solution 1: Change Default Printer
  1. Right-click the windows start icon
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. Click View Devices and Printers
  4. Right-click Microsoft Print to PDF
  5. Click Set as Default Printer
Solution 2: Install Demo version of Meet Manager 8.0 for Swimming

  • Note: This installs several report files that are then used in Meet Manager and Team Manager. You do NOT have to use the demo for the reports.
Solution 3: Perform a Clean Install
