When creating a report, Meet Manager and Team Manager use some settings from printer set as default printer in Windows. Sometimes, you might receive an error that Meet Manager (or Team Manager) has encountered a problem and needs to close, please try to following solutions: 
  1. Set a different printer as default printer in windows control panel - devices and printers
  2. If your program are on an early release of product, try installing latest service pack update 
  3. If that does not resolve issue, a Clean Install for Hy-Tek Software of software should be done
