Only the Admin user can change the passwords of Admin and other users. If you're not an Admin, please contact one to follow these steps:
- Go to File > Login to Team Connect Online
- Log in as the Admin user
- Note: If you're the admin user and forgot the password, contact Support at hyteksupport@active.com and provide your license name (Help > About).
- Click on Add/Edit Users under Admin Tools
- Update the password for the user you want to change
- Click Save or OK
- Log off from Team Connect Online
