Only the Admin user can change the passwords of Admin and other users. If you're not an Admin, please contact one to follow these steps:

  1. Go to File > Login to Team Connect Online
  2. Log in as the Admin user
  • Note: If you're the admin user and forgot the password, contact Support at hyteksupport@active.com and provide your license name (Help > About).

  1. Click on Add/Edit Users under Admin Tools

  1. Update the password for the user you want to change

  1. Click Save or OK 
  2. Log off from Team Connect Online
