You must have a database open in Team Manager to Login to Team Connect Online
NOTE: Opening Demo database is not recommended.  Since that is a Read Only database, after you upload to Team Connect Online master database will not be saved on your computer when Demo database is open database
 
1. In Team Manager for Swimming go to File > Open/New and open a new database
2. Or go to File > Restore and restore backup of a database
3. After either option Login to Team Connect Online should be available
