Here is the processing time for web deliveries:
- If order is placed BY 12:00 PM CST and there are no issues (see below), it will be processed on same business day
- If order is placed AFTER 12:00 PM CST and there are no issues (see below), it will be processed on following business day
- If there are any issues with the order, the department will contact the customer at the email address provided to resolve the issues.
- Once all issues are resolved, order will be processed following business day
Note: Possible issues with orders include:
- Tax Exempt Certificate (TEC) is not presented at the time of the order or cannot be verified
- Questions on the order
- Licensing issues
Note: If customers have not received an email regarding their order such as web delivery or regarding any issues with the order, they have to contact the store at hyteksales@active.com, as there could be an issue with the customers' contact information.
