Follow the steps below if you have purchased a Package Advancement option and the current version of Swim Team Manager is already installed on your computer for the same license name.

Note: You cannot use a Web Delivery to add any additional licenses to your existing installation of the software. To add additional licenses to one installation you must order a CD Delivery from our Online Store.

  1. Open Team Manager
  2. Click Check for Updates at top of Main Menu to ensure you have latest version
  3. After updating, click File / License Management
  4. Ensure license is current/active and select Update License
  5. In pop-up window enter License Code in email from Hy-Tek Sales
  6. Click OK
    • Note: If you are having trouble connecting to HY-TEK website, you may need to turn off your firewall and re-attempt to connect
After installation is complete, you can click Help / About at the top of the Main Menu to verify your license and options.
