When OME method Event Declaration is used, you need to approve parent's or swimmer's meet declarations after OME is closed.
Below are the instructions to approve meet declaration after Login to Swim Manager:

1. Click Action icon next to your meet
2. Click Entry by name
3. Click Approve next to swimmer name or Approve all

Note: Approve will be updated to Approved afterwards
Once meet declarations are all approved, you can proceed to create meet entry file.
