We apologize, but unfortunately Active.com is not authorized to give refunds on behalf of our Event Director's events, to transfer a paid registration to another event, nor to transfer your paid registration fees to cover the registration cost of an alternate event. If you were registered to an event in error, you will need to contact that event directly to inquire about their cancellation and refund policy prior to re-registering for the desired event. You may find contact information on your registration confirmation email or event website.
