While trying to register for an event on Active.com, you may receive the "Yikes, looks like there's a glitch in our system" error message.

If you encounter this error on the Checkout page:
  • Verify if the charge was made on your credit card.  Sometimes you are successfully charged and registered for the event even though the error message appears.
  • If you have been charged and need a copy of your confirmation email, please contact us.
  • If you were not charged, please see instructions below.
If you encounter this error while registering, you can try the following before contacting us:
  • Clear your cookies&cache in the browser settings and try again, or
  • Attempt to register on a different browser.
