Below are instructions to change your registration category. Please note you will only see the Change Category button if your event allows you to make these changes.
You can access your registration by signing in to myevents.active.com with the account you used to register.
- Notes: If you cannot see the registration from My Events, please Claim Registration in My Events first.
- Notes: If you are in a team, you must contact us or the organizer to remove you from it before you can change category.
- Sign-in to myevents.active.com with account you used to register
- Find your registration, press Change category
- Review and update Participant information
- Sign Waivers & agreements, press Continue
- Review cart, provide payment if needed, press Complete
⚐ Registered By Someone Else?
- If you are an adult and were registered by someone else:
- The person that registered you will need to change the category for you via MyEvents
- Or you can change it yourself after you Claim Registration in My Events
- If you are a minor and were registered by someone else:
- The adult that registered you will need to change the category for you via MyEvents
Notes:
- "Group-registration team" cannot be changed through MyEvents, please contact the organizer directly for help
- Express registration cannot be transferred to a different category. Please contact the organizer directly for help
- Participants can only transfer to a category that is open. If the category you would like to transfer to is sold out or closed, please contact the organizer directly for further help
