Use the Officer Directory to locate board members within your organization or in other organizations within the state association. Only positions identified to be included in the directory (such as Board positions) will be returned via a search. You may use the Staff Maintain function to search for any individual within the state association. Below are instructions to view and utilize the Officer Directory after logging into LeagueOne.
  • Note: The Officer Directory is not available in all databases (the option may appear, but no results display)
1. Go to ADMIN > OTHER > Officer Directory
2. Apply search filters, click Find
a. Last Name
b. First Name
c. Org (organization)
d. Show Descendants?
  • Note: Governing Bodies (or higher levels within a hierarchy) may choose to show descendants - this returns nothing for most clubs and leagues
e. Job
  • Note: Leave search filters blank to return all officers for the current organization
3. Within the resulting list of officers, click on:
a. Last Name to view the person maintenance record
b. Email address to send an email to the officer
  • Note: The email function is a simple hyperlink and will open the default email application on your computer (not sent from LeagueOne)
