Use Online Registration Status to view which divisions and age groups are currently open/closed for registration (registration may be closed completely from this screen). Another option is to close registration for a particular age group (or set of age groups). Below are instructions to access the Online Reg Status screen after logging into LeagueOne, broken down by the available actions on the screen.
1. Go to Administration > Manage Registration > Online Registration Status
2. Click Close under the Action column - this action closes the program immediately
Open a Previously Closed Program
1. Go to Administration > Manage Registration > Online Registration Status
2. Click Open under the Action column - this action re-opens the program immediately
1. Go to Administration > Manage Registration > Online Registration Status
2. Click the plus sign (+) to expand or the subtract sign (-) to collapse any existing closed age groups - this action also displays the Add button to create a closure
3. Click Add to the right of the expanded section
4. Within the Close an Age Group screen that appears, apply the following selections:
Open an Age Group that was Previously Closed within a Program
1. Go to Administration > Manage Registration > Online Registration Status
2. Click the plus sign (+) to expand or the subtract sign (-) to collapse any existing closed age groups
3. Click Remove to the right of the expanded section (for the age group in question)
- Note: The screen refers to sessions and divisions, however these are simply the club programs
- Note: Programs do not show up here until they have been activated once
1. Go to Administration > Manage Registration > Online Registration Status
2. Click Close under the Action column - this action closes the program immediately
Open a Previously Closed Program
1. Go to Administration > Manage Registration > Online Registration Status
2. Click Open under the Action column - this action re-opens the program immediately
- Note: The Open button only appears if today's date falls between the Start and End dates

2. Click the plus sign (+) to expand or the subtract sign (-) to collapse any existing closed age groups - this action also displays the Add button to create a closure
3. Click Add to the right of the expanded section
4. Within the Close an Age Group screen that appears, apply the following selections:
a. Age Group to Close
b. Type of Closure
b. Type of Closure
i. Force closure now
ii. Watch and close when __ players register online
ii. Watch and close when __ players register online
c. Description/Message
i. Select New Message and enter a new description (internal) and message (external)
5. Click Close Age GroupOpen an Age Group that was Previously Closed within a Program
1. Go to Administration > Manage Registration > Online Registration Status
2. Click the plus sign (+) to expand or the subtract sign (-) to collapse any existing closed age groups
3. Click Remove to the right of the expanded section (for the age group in question)
- Note: This action is needed if the closure needs to be adjusted (age group selected, number of players to watch for, etc.)
