A league organizer may setup their new season by copying their old programs, changing details according to the new season, and then activating the program. Below are directions to setup a new season after logging into LeagueOne.
  1. Navigate to PROGRAMS > Online Registration Setup
  2. Set Status dropdown to All
  3. Click Search
  4. Click program to copy
  • Note: Will base new program on program being copied
  1. Click Copy
  2. Select season in Season drop down
  • Note: Can't be changed once someone registers
  • Note: Setting up incorrectly will cause registrants not to be able to register
  1. Under Registration Duration, Select registration start date from Registration Start Date text box
  • Note: Must be setup one day in advance
  • Note: Can be changed inside Program Setup
  1. Select registration end date from Registration End Date text box
  2. Click OK
  3. Under Program Setup, remove -COPY from Program Name text box
  4. (Optional) Under Registration Duration, edit Registration Start Date to reflect today's date
  5. (Optional) Finish editing program to alter program values
  6. Click green Turn On Program button to activate program
