Parents/Staff (adults) may appear when viewing Players via Maintain Player Information due to the Date of Birth (DOB) entered via the online registration process. There is no supported way to remove parents from this page once they have added a birth date to their account.
- Note: Parents that click Register next to their own account will encounter screen where DOB is required - this results in creation of Player ID, which causes parents to appear with players
- Note: Parents cannot register for youth programs, do not show on registration reports, and cannot be added to teams
