This is by design due to issues with bouncebacks (from sender's true email service provider). The June 5, 2015 hotfix put this in place - below are instructions to review changes after logging into Swim Manager.
- Click Communications tab from Organization Dashboard (Home)
- Click Create an email option
- Email feature now uses fixed From email address to ensure sent emails aren't bounced from main service provider
- From email address: no-reply@active.com
- Note: Sending emails from ACTIVE's servers makes email distribution much more reliable
