1. Go to File > Export > Entries for Meet Manager Merge of same meet
2. Choose from the following
a. Include Addresses
b. Include Heat and Lane
c. Zip the .HY3 file (Swimming)
d. Include Entry Notes (Track & Field)
3. In second database go to File > Import > Merge Entries (MM to MM) and select file exported from first database
NOTE: Event setup in both databases must match exactly
