Order Status
After your order is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. 

Your orders are reviewed by us individually, please allow at least 5 to 7 full business days for your order to be processed. If you would like to check the status of your order, please forward your order confirmation email to HyTekSales@active.com. 
  • Note: If you did not receive the order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. In most cases, it means your order was not placed successfully. Please try again: Placing a New Order We will also reach out to you with the email address provided on your order if we need further information, documents, or clarification from you. This is also the email that will receive software delivery. 
If you received an email with your order number and receipt attached but did not see the download email, please also check your spam folder first. The download email is usually sent in a separate email with your order receipt on the same day. 

Tax Exemption Certificate/TEC (US Customers Only)
If you are a tax exempt customer you will need to send a copy of your TEC to this e-mail address. We cannot accept a W9 or a Federal Income Tax exemption letter.
Once we have your TEC, it must be approved by our accounting department before we can process your order. The average turnaround time for this process is 5 business days.
  • Note: Each state has a slightly different format for their TECs. If you state form has the option to fill out the following items, they MUST be filled out or your TEC will be rejected by our tax department. 
  • Signature
  • Date
  • Name of your organization
  • Reason for exemption
  • NOTE: Check only ONE reason for exemption
  • Type of Business
