  1. Open the webpage address that is having issue 
  2. if using Google Chrome > Select Vertical ellipsis button (User-added image) in the upper right corner 
  3. if using Edge browser > select Horizontal ellipsis button (User-added image) in the upper right corner 
  4. Select More Tools > Developer Tools
  5. From the panel opened, select the Network tab.
  6. Look for a Record button ) in the upper left corner of the tab,
  7. Red color indicates its recording
  8. Grey color indicates its not recording > click the button once to start recording.
  9. Check the box Preserve log.
  10. Click the Clear button) to clear out any existing logs from the Network tab.
  11. Reproduce the issue that you were experiencing before, while the network requests are being recorded.
  12. Once you have reproduced the issue, click Download. Then save the file to your computer: Save as HAR with Content
