League NTRP Self Rate on Mobile Device

Please follow the steps below to complete your NTRP Self-Rate on your mobile device:

Note: Please make sure your browser is ALLOWING pop-ups from TennisLink before starting the questionnaire

1. Navigate to TennisLink Leagues Homepage (https://m.tennislink.usta.com/leagues) 
2. Click LOGIN button

3. Enter Email Address
4. Enter Password
5. Click LOGIN button
6. Scroll down to Find NTRP Rating Info area
7. Click SELF RATE button

8. In Adult Player Self-Rate Form, review General & Experienced Player Guidelines
9. Check the box confirming all information provided will be accurate
10. Click Continue

11. Start with New Player Experience questions

12. Carefully review questions in each section
13. Read over answers on Review page
14. When ready to submit, click Complete button
15. Review rating on completion screen
16. If satisfied, click Finish to complete self-rate process

• Note: If dissatisfied, please select additional option on screen

17. Screen will show recorded self-rate
18. Click Close to close form
