If you are a league coordinator and want to update the NTRP Rating Level for your league/flight but the system is not allowing you to do so, the reason is likely due to the fact that your League-Flight season has already started. Follow the steps below to update the League Season Start Date. Once this has been updated, the system will allow you to change the NTRP Rating Level for your desired flight/league:
- Login to Leagues Homepage
- Under Coordinator Options, click Leagues Setup
- Click on desired League
- In League Settings, click Next
Note: In order to change the NTRP Rating Levels for your league/flight, the start date for your league season needs to be set to a date in the future
- Under League Season Start Date, click
icon - Select a date in the future
- Click Modify to save changes
Now that your season start date is set to a date in the future, follow the steps below to update the NTRP level:
- Go back to League Tree, click on desired flight
- In Flight (NTRP/Gender) Settings, click Next
- Under NTRP Rating Level, update levels as desired
- Click Modify to save changes
Note: Once the NTRP Rating Levels have been updated for all desired flights, you will need to go back into the League Settings and change the League Season Start Date back to the original date. You can do this by following steps 3-7
