Local League Coordinators (LLCs) are often contacted when players encounter errors while trying to register for a team.
If a player receives a registration error indicating they cannot join a team, it may be because the league is set up as a two-team league with the 40% registration rule enabled. This rule requires that at least 40% of the players on a team must be at the team’s NTRP level before any lower-rated players are allowed to register.
If you are the LLC and players are unable to register due to this rule, you can resolve the issue by creating a third team in the league, which will open additional registration availability.
- Navigate to League Tree
- Drill down to flight in question
- Right click on flight
- Click Add Team
- Enter Team Name
- Click Add
