Sportsmanship Violations - PlayerT2Flagrant unsportsmanlike conduct (e.g. hitting balls at opponent or spectators, extreme obscene/profane language, threat of physical violence, destruction of property) regardless of location or medium. This includes, but is not limited to, conduct at League match sites, League activities, hotels or other housing, and all forms of communication, including online medium or otherwise.
Sportsmanship Violations - Associated with PlayerT3Unsportsmanlike conduct or inappropriate conduct by a person associated with a player/team, incl. non-playing Captains and teammates not playing in that match (e.g. cheering opponent's errors, service faults, obscene/profane language or gestures, etc.)
   
Sportsmanship Violations - Associated with PlayerT4Flagrant unsportsmanlike conduct or flagrant inappropriate conduct by a person associated with a player/team, incl. non-playing Captains, and teammates not playing in that match (e.g., threat of physical violence, destruction of property, etc.) regardless of location or medium. Self-Rate ViolationsS3Any USTA League player, or Captain, who knowingly assists or condones of another player’s inaccurate or inappropriate self-rating (including guiding that player to omit information)

RolloverR1When the Suspension expires, points not cleared and in excess of the previous Suspension level are rolled over as a new Violation record into the next Suspension level.
RolloverR2If the number of points rolled over, makes the person immediately eligible for another suspension, the National Admin has the ability to adjust those points down for the Rollover Violation, so that the person is no longer eligible for Immediate suspension.
