Below are instructions for updating a parent or staff member's login email after logging into LeagueOne.
1. Navigate to People > Staff > Manage Staff Information
2. Enter keywords into First Name and Last Name
3. Click Find
4. Click staff member's last name
5. Under Email insert new email address

5. Under Email insert new email address

Note: If email address they wish to change login email to is under email, then parent or staff member logged into public portal and changed their contact email address

Note: In this case, enter placeholder under Email (I.E. FakeEmail@FakeEmail.com) > Click Update > Repeat step 5

Note: If email address under Login Email does not update it is because email address is in use on another staff member within LeagueOne
6. Under Login Email, click Create

Note: An invitation to create user id will be sent via email
7. Click Update
