Missing payments are any payments due after the registration is completed - this typically includes offline payments such as cash or check, but may include partial payments for online registrations or manual registration totals.

- Go to FINANCES > MANAGE PAYMENTS
- Perform a search using the available parameters to limit the results returned, or simply click Find to return the first 250 players listed alphabetically
- Click line of Player of payment to accept
- Click Send Reminder
- (Optional) Edit Message to desired reminder message
- Note: This may be left blank
- Click Send
