Overview:
Clinic Management provides you with an easy way to view and manage clinics that are created with Program Setup including functions to:
- View/Manage Clinic Participants - Please click on the Clinic Type to access the Clinic Participant Management page.
- Email Clinic Participants - Click on the Email link to access the Email Clinic Participant page which will enable you to enter and send an email to the clinic participants.
- Email Instructors - Click on the Email link to access the Email Clinic instructors page which will enable you to enter and send an email to the clinic instructor.
- Eval Report - Click on the View link to access the Evaluation Summary report which will enable you to view a summary report of all of the evaluations that have been submitted by clinic participants.
- Results - The page is displayed with the following columns:
- Date - This is the start date of the clinic as entered in the Online Registration Program Setup page.
- Clinic Type - This is the clinic type as entered in the Online Registration Program Setup page. The field is hyperlinked to the Clinic Participant Management page that displays the list of all clinic participants for a clinic and provides functions for marking participant attendance, pass/fail, emailing course evaluations and clinic certificates.
- Clinic Location - This is the location of the clinic as entered in the Online Registration Program Setup page.
- Clinic Instructor - This is the clinic instructor as entered in the Online Registration Program Setup page.
- Attendees - This is the number of attendees who have registered for the clinic either through online or manual registration.
- Email Participants - This column contains a hyperlinked Email button that brings up a form that allows you to enter an email message that is then sent to all clinic attendees. The date of the last time an email was sent to the clinic attendees is displayed in parentheses (it is not displayed if an email message has never been sent to the clinic attendees for this clinic). See Notes below for additional information regarding what email address is used for clinic participants.
- Email Instructors - This column contains a hyperlinked Email button that brings up a form that allows you to enter and send an email message to the Instructor for this clinic. The date of the last time an email was sent to the clinic is displayed in parentheses (it is not displayed if email has never been sent to the Instructor of this clinic). On the Email Clinic Instructor page there is an option to include the list of clinic attendees in the body of the clinic.
- Eval Report - If the Clinic Type is setup to manage evaluations for this clinic this column will be displayed and a hyperlinked View button will be displayed. Click on View to bring up the Evaluation reporting page which provides a summary of all of the course evaluations that have been submitted for this clinic.
Notes:
- The Attendees column displays the total number of clinic attendees - clinic attendees who have received a refund for the clinic.
- Email Addresses - emails to Clinic Participants are sent to the home email address of the person who registered for the clinic. In the case of participants who are not designated as guardians (often players who are listed as members of the family) email addresses are not collected so the email address of the players Primary or Secondary guardian will be used.
