To transfer a swimmer from the waitlist to a group, follow the steps below:
- Select your program
- Click on the waitlist
- Click on the desired athlete
- Click Transfer
- Select desired group
- Note: You do have the ability to transfer the athlete to a group they did not originally sign up for
- Select desired payment schedule
- Select desired additional purchases
- Click Continue to Review
- Select payment options
- Select option for future billings
- Choose payment information
- Click Transfer
