Meet Mobile for Swimming
  1. In Swim Meet Manager go to Set-up > Meet Mobile Publishing
  2. Select Full Meet Data (otherwise no heat sheets will be published)
  3. Select either Free Heat Sheets or select a price in drop down box
  4. If charging for heat sheets make sure Active Works Remittance Information is correct
  5. If incorrect, please contact hyteksupport@active.com with correct information and name of organization
  6. If not setup click on Active.com Setup

  1. Finish completing options on Settings tab
  2. Then click Publish tab and Publish General Meet Information
  3. After doing so Publish Heat Sheets or Psych Sheets
  4. In Meet Manager when you seed or reseed events you will then be asked if you want to upload changes, say Yes
 
Track Meet Mobile
  1. In Track & Field Meet Manager go to Set-up > Publish Track Meet Mobile
  2. Select Heat/Flight Sheets and Performance Lists
  3. Finish completing options on Settings tab

  3. In Meet Manager when you seed or reseed events you will then be asked if you want to upload changes, say Yes
