When heat start times are not included in Meet Program and should be:

1. Go to Reports > Meet Program
2. Under Session List make sure a session is selected (not All Events)
a. Heat Start Times are not included when a session is not selected
b. Heat Start Times use information from session set-up
i. Session Start Time and heat Interval
3. Click Include in Meet Program and select Heat Start Times
