1. Click Standards > Add/Edit Standards
  2. Click Standards > Create New Standard
  3. Enter the following
    1. Standard Name
    2. Year
    3. Description
    4. Designators (Fast to Slow)
  4. Click OK
  5. Click Add and one at a time add events to be used in Standard
  6. Add times for each event in column for correct Designator
    1. ​As you enter time it is saved when you exit field (enter, tab or arrow key)
    2. Standard is completed once times are entered
