Below are steps on how to update your bank information by going into your tournament's online sanction form:

Note: If you are having trouble logging in or do not know the email linked to your USTA account # please go ahead and reach out to USTA Customer Care directly for assistance. They can be reached by phone at 1-800-990-8782 or email 
  1. Navigate to TennisLink
  2. Login with your email address and password
  3. Click on Tournaments at the top of the homepage
  4. Under Administration area, click My Tournaments
  5. Click tournament name to open Online Sanction Form
  6. Click Entry Info tab
  7. Scroll down to Bank Information area
  8. Update bank account, routing or check mailing address
  9. Scroll up to click Save Sanction Form
  • Note: It is important to contact LinkTeam at to notify them if the bank information has been updated so payment can be re-issued. Please know reissues can take up to 10 business days. Please make sure all bank information for all tournaments have the correct and updated bank information before online registration closes to avoid payment delays
