Each tournament organization can be assigned an administrator in the USTA membership system. This administrator will be able to access all the tournaments of the Member Organization as was previously done in TennisLink. This administrator access will also allow the user to renew the organization's membership. Multiple administrators can be added to an organization. All organization administrators will have the same access rights and can be added by filling out the request form here. Once added as an administrator, please follow the steps below to access the organization on TennisLink:

- Login to TennisLink Tournaments Homepage with email/password
- Next to Welcome!, click Switch Profile link
- Click desired organization account
